Operations Manager

Noel Group are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-performing production team in the FMCG industry. You will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Planning, to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Shift Line Managers to drive output, efficiency, and process excellence within your manufacturing area.
• Work closely with Engineering to achieve production goals and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage resources effectively to meet production targets aligned with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability KPIs.

• Champion the implementation of IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) journey, with a focus on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM).
• Drive a zero-loss mindset, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across all levels of the team.

• Coach, mentor, and develop your team while role-modelling company values and leadership principles.
• Lead talent planning, succession management, and capability development to build a sustainable workforce for the future.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
