The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the Hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team in one of their standout dining venues in Naas.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a high-quality restaurant, ensuring excellence in service delivery, guest satisfaction, and team management. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Our client is a luxury hotel group with a reputation for outstanding service and award-winning dining experiences. Their Naas property is a destination known for both local dining and special occasions, and they are now seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The Duties:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Manage staff rotas, timekeeping, and performance.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene.

Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure service excellence.

Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and place orders as required.

Assist with event planning and execution when required.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
The Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

Experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant environment is preferred.
-
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

The Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
