A well-established boutique hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre is seeking a professional, welcoming, and well-organised Hotel Receptionist to join its front office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and guest service to work in a stylish, friendly, and guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly approach.

  • Manage check-outs and handle payments accurately.

  • Respond to guest inquiries, offering helpful information about the hotel and surrounding area.

  • Handle phone and email bookings professionally and efficiently.

  • Use hotel management software to maintain accurate records and reservations.

  • Support general front office and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred, but not essential.

  • Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken English.

  • Comfortable using computers and hotel booking systems.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • A positive attitude and a natural passion for providing excellent customer service.

  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
