The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a skilled Chef De Partie (Pasta Chef) to join an authentic Italian restaurant in Kilkenny.

As a Chef De Partie, you will take charge of the pasta section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standard of Italian culinary traditions. Your role will involve preparing fresh pasta dishes and sauces while maintaining consistency and quality, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of pasta dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality.

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain and improve kitchen standards.

  • Ensure all dishes are plated with precision and in line with the restaurant’s presentation guidelines.

  • Assist in managing kitchen stock and supplies, particularly within the pasta section.

  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.

  • Assist in menu development and daily specials, contributing creative ideas to enhance the pasta offering.

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie, ideally in an Italian restaurant setting.

  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, particularly pasta preparation and sauces.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced kitchen environment.

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes.

  • Living in Ireland with the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.

  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
