Job Title: Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Lead
Location: Belfast Offices with travel across Ireland
Reporting to: QHSE Manager
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to drive health, safety, and environmental compliance. This role supports Senior Management in implementing HSE strategies, conducting audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and developing safety documentation. The HSE Lead ensures regulatory compliance, promotes continuous improvement, and provides technical guidance across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support HSE strategy and compliance initiatives.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations, ensuring corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety procedures, training programs, and data reporting.
• Support continuous improvement projects and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure HSE best practices across all sites.

Person Specification:

• Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma and a third-level HSE qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE roles
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Other: Full, clean driving license (valid in Ireland) and willingness to travel.
