The Noel Group is a leading recruitment agency operating nationwide across the hospitality sector. We are proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a skilled and motivated Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor for their property in Killarney.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and dining areas, ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service. You will lead and motivate the F&B team, manage service standards, and ensure that the overall dining experience is in line with the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Our client is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Killarney, known for providing high-quality guest experiences in both accommodation and dining. The hotel prides itself on delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Duties:

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure all staff are aligned with the hotel’s service standards.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, working with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
  • Assist in menu planning and implementing promotions to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards throughout all F&B areas.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and maintain a high standard of food quality.
  • Provide feedback to staff and assist in their professional development through training and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar F&B role, ideally in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided for this role.
