Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Office Administrator
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: Dependent on experience

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Warehouse Operative / Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our clients warehouse while also providing essential administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling warehouse logistics, customer service, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Preparation: Complete orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform tasks related to picking, packing, check-in, shipping, and freight forwarding.
  • Customer Interaction: Manage customer inquiries by phone, providing order updates and addressing concerns.
  • Transport Coordination: Work with transport companies regarding deliveries and Proof of Deliveries (PODs), ensuring timely and accurate logistics.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal sales teams and external customers to ensure smooth operations.
