Your Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to provide top-tier service.
  • Ensure all team members are well-equipped, organized, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns, and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Assist the management team with reports and operational performance analysis.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of guest service and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and handle challenging situations calmly.
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have the right to work in Ireland
  • Full Time Availability – day shift
  • Manual Handling and Food Safety level 2, certificate.
