As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment process for our clients across various industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into roles that best fit their skills and career aspirations while ensuring our clients’ hiring needs are met with high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and match them to suitable roles.
  • Manage client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and meeting recruitment targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and employment regulations.
  • Attend client meetings to understand their hiring needs and provide expert advice on the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records and use recruitment software to manage the recruitment process effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Perm recruitment for Hospitality or Retail sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proactive approach with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of recruitment software and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
  • Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
