As a Hotel Bar Manager, you will manage all bar operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving revenue goals. You will be responsible for staff training, budgeting, and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.

Our client is a well-known hotel in Dublin 4, recognized for providing high-quality hospitality services. They are looking for a dedicated Bar Manager to lead their team and drive the success of the bar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel bar, ensuring high service standards.
• Lead and train the bar team to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Oversee the development and execution of staff training programs.
• Develop and manage the bar’s budget, monitoring sales, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Manage stock levels and supplier relationships to maintain efficient operations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager, ideally in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with staff training and development.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of bar regulations and stock management.
• Must live in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
