We are looking for someone to join our team nationwide, do you live in Ireland and like the idea of working in a Hybrid model mainly Monday – Friday? If you are interested in a highly fast-paced role which includes managing a number of clients’ and candidates’ needs daily.

As part of the role you will be responsible for building your own desk, sales and business development will come naturally to you. It is a very rewarding role for the right candidate, if you are a people person and like to multi task then this role might be for you.

Role

• Manage your own desk focusing on growing existing and new businesses to maximise revenue.
• Resource and recruit staff for various roles throughout the hospitality sector
• Client business development and staff existing requirements
• Candidate management
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strive to achieve monthly targets
• Coming up with creative strategies to attract, recruit and place candidates
