We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee catering and cleaning services at a state-of-the-art facility. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with high standards, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Soft Services: Oversee catering and GXP/GMP cleaning operations to ensure exceptional service and compliance with client specifications.
- Team Leadership: Lead, support, and motivate your team, effectively allocating responsibilities and fostering professional growth.
- Coordination of Subcontractors: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to both company and client performance standards.
- Compliance and Standards: Drive company initiatives while ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards, particularly within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site contact, maintaining strong communication and a collaborative relationship with the client to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing cleaning services, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry or a GXP/GMP-compliant environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams across catering and soft services.
- Practical and adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience driving compliance initiatives and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
