Noel group are delighted to be recruiting for a chef de partie in Clare. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding food experiences. You will work closely with our Head Chef and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of your assigned section, maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Our client is a highly regarded hotel in County Clare, offering exceptional culinary experiences to guests. They are passionate about using fresh ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes in your assigned section according to the menu specifications.
  • Assist in creating innovative and seasonal menus, focusing on quality and local ingredients.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard, meeting the establishment’s expectations.
  • Maintain food hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP regulations.
  • Manage your section effectively during service, ensuring smooth operations under pressure.
  • Provide guidance and support to commis chefs and other junior team members.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate any requirements to the Head Chef.
  • Collaborate with the team to continually improve processes and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment.
  • Culinary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexible approach to work, with availability for weekend and evening shifts.

Salary:
