The Noel Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a 3-star hotel. Our client is a well-established hotel, renowned for its warm hospitality and excellent guest service. As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining and enhancing the hotel’s reputation for quality and exceptional experiences.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. You will collaborate closely with department heads to uphold high standards, streamline operations, and achieve key business goals. This position demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a guest-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by developing and implementing strategic plans and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-quality service.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring adherence to targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Build relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and the wider community to enhance the hotel’s reputation.

About You:

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior management role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a 3-star or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Knowledge of the local market and trends in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
