Here at Noel Group we are looking for a proactive and accomplished Hotel Human Resources Manager to join our client’s team in Dublin 4. This pivotal role involves managing all human resource functions in a fast-paced, dynamic hotel environment. The HR Manager will demonstrate a deep understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Our client is a leading hospitality professional. They are a key hotel in Dublin 4 with over 300 bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hotel’s overall business objectives.
• Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring fairness and consistency across all teams.
• Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the hotel workforce.
• Serve as a bridge between employees and management to ensure open communication and resolve concerns effectively.
• Provide expert HR guidance and support to departmental managers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with employees at all levels.
• Expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary

• €50,000 – €55,000
