We are looking for a Night Manager, that ensuring that the highest level of guest service is given at all times, paying particular attention to conference/function business and all public areas, ascertaining complete guest satisfaction at all times;

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth hotel operations following company standards, budgets, and policies.
• Provide exceptional, friendly service to all guests.
• Oversee night staff, making sure they follow procedures and deliver great service.
• Identify and address staff training needs.
• Serve as Duty Manager during night shifts, ensuring safety checks and night audits are completed.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and report issues to the General Manager.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and attendance of night staff.
• Monitor stock levels and cash handling.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Complete incident reports and proactively address safety concerns.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a positive working environment.
• Stay updated on hotel services and policies.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Perform any other tasks as directed within the scope of the role.

Candidate Expireince:

• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and systems.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary

• €36,000 negotiable
