We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our prestigious Client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest satisfaction.

Our Client is a hotel located in a scenic destination, offering exquisite accommodations, fine dining, and a range of recreational activities. They are committed to delivering personalized and memorable experiences to every guest.

Responsibilities
– Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery
– Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
– Manage and mentor staff to create a positive and productive work environment
– Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination of all hotel services
– Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the property

Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the hospitality industry
– Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
– Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and driving guest satisfaction
– In-depth knowledge of hotel management software and systems
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
