The Noel Group are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Head Chef to join our team at one of our leading restaurants. The ideal Executive Head Chef will have a passion for culinary excellence, a dedication to creating high-quality dishes, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals. Our Client restaurant is a vibrant and dynamic Italian Restaurant known for its innovative cuisine and exceptional dining experience. They pride themselves on using the finest ingredients and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities
– Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation
– Lead and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff
– Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
– Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special event offerings
– Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
– Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
– Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant
– Italian cuisine experience is a must
– Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation
– Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Salary
Salary based on experience and qualifications, with potential for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
