At Noel Group, we are very excited to be recruiting for a Reception Manager in Wexford. The reception manager will take full responsibility for the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and revenue optimization. We are looking for a friendly and customer focused reception manager who is up for the challenge of a busy desk.
Our client is a 4 start hotel in Wexford. With approximately 100 bedrooms, this hotel is sure to occupy a busy front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Manage group reservations, guest enquiries, and bookings promptly and professionally.
- Oversee daily Front Office operations, adhering to hotel standards.
- Monitor and enhance customer service, implementing improvements as needed.
- Maximize room revenue through effective yield management and analysis.
- Manage the reception and reservation rosters, room allocations, and guest requests.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
- Support and promote the hotel’s core values.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and upselling goals.
- Collaborate with the Revenue, Sales, and Accounts teams for accurate billing and sales maximization.
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk activities.
- Attend weekly head of department meetings
Qualifications:
- Reservation and revenue experience essential
- Hotsoft and Avvio experience desirable.
Salary:
- €36,000 – €38,000
