At Noel Group, we are very excited to be recruiting for a Reception Manager in Wexford. The reception manager will take full responsibility for the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and revenue optimization. We are looking for a friendly and customer focused reception manager who is up for the challenge of a busy desk.

Our client is a 4 start hotel in Wexford. With approximately 100 bedrooms, this hotel is sure to occupy a busy front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage group reservations, guest enquiries, and bookings promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective yield management and analysis.
  • Manage the reception and reservation rosters, room allocations, and guest requests.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Support and promote the hotel’s core values.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and upselling goals.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue, Sales, and Accounts teams for accurate billing and sales maximization.
  • Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk activities.
  • Attend weekly head of department meetings

Qualifications:

  • Reservation and revenue experience essential
  • Hotsoft and Avvio experience desirable.

Salary:

  • €36,000 – €38,000
