Noel Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Supervisor to join our clients Workplace Solutions team at the corporate office in Dublin city centre. The ideal candidate will lead the facilities team, ensuring the smooth execution of all planned, reactive, and project-based tasks. This permanent, on-site role will involve overseeing the delivery of hard and soft services, with a focus on service excellence, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a site-based team to ensure service delivery aligns with contract KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, vendor management, health and safety, event support, and space management.
  • Develop and manage preventive and reactive maintenance schedules using a CMMS system, ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Manage 3rd-party contractors, ensuring compliance with site requirements and health & safety protocols.
  • Provide financial oversight, ensuring contract performance aligns with budget, and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Conduct regular site audits to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with client SOPs, Aramark policies, and legal requirements.
  • Lead on-site HR functions, including performance reviews and staff training to ensure team development.
  • Ensure the timely completion of project work on budget and to the required quality.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Serve as the on-call contact for 24/7 operations as required.

Key Candidate Requirements:

  • A qualification in mechanical, electrical, or a related trade is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, delivering facilities services at a supervisory level.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and meeting expectations.
  • A formal Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or similar) is advantageous.
  • Strong IT, administration, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards is a plus.
  • Ability to produce and deliver internal and external reports.
  • Experience managing rostering, training records, and compliance documentation for subcontractors.
  • Dependable, with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
