Experienced Mig and Tig Welder

Noel Group is proud to represent a multi award winning engineering company in Waterford that is recognised as a global leader in complex metal fabrications. With long standing partnerships with major clients including Volvo CE, Caterpillar, JCB, Manitou, Liebherr and Atlas Copco, the company continues to expand and is now seeking experienced Welders to join its fabrication team.

This full time role is based in their Waterford facility and supports an increasing range of fabrication projects. It offers strong stability, high quality equipment and a great opportunity to grow within a respected employer that is forging futures in the South East.

Skills and Experience Needed

Mig welding and fabricating experience

Ability to read construction drawings and plans

A qualification is desirable although strong hands on experience is valued more

Previous manufacturing or production experience is an advantage

Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheel training are an advantage but not essential

Strong team player with good work ethic

What You Can Expect

Basic rate from €15.00 to €16.50 per hour depending on experience

Additional Payments Depending on Circumstances

€1 per hour dedication bonus for completing forty five hours in a week

€0.50 per hour loyalty bonus for long term employees

Team Leader opportunities with potential earnings up to €20 per hour
