Role: Weekend Cook / Chef (Part-Time)
Location: Dublin 4
Salary: €18 per hour (Friday & Saturday) | €19 per hour (Sunday)

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Weekend Cook / Chef in Dublin 4.

This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, presenting, and serving nutritious meals for a small residential community. The successful candidate will ensure high food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth kitchen operations during weekend shifts.

Essential Requirements

  • Must have experience in Hospitality
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

The Role

  • Prepare, cook, present, and serve wholesome meals including soups, main courses, and desserts.
  • Prepare evening meals and snacks when required.
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety practices.
  • Plan weekend menus while minimising food waste and coordinating with the weekday cook.
  • Monitor stock levels and report replenishment requirements.
  • Cater for small community gatherings and visitors as required.
  • Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, appliances, and work areas.
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Support the efficient operation of the kitchen and contribute positively to the community environment.

Working Hours

  • Friday: 10:00am to 3:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am to 3:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am to 3:00pm
  • Total: 15 hours per week

Important Information

  • Previous cooking or chef experience is essential.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with permanent weekend working arrangements.
  • A weekday cook is already in place, therefore there is no flexibility to change working days.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small-scale kitchen operation is required.
