The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Wedding Manager in Roscommon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a well-established 4-star leisure and wedding hotel known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and memorable events. The successful candidate will take ownership of the wedding and events journey, ensuring every couple receives outstanding service from initial enquiry through to the big day itself.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering high-quality weddings and events within a busy hotel environment.

The Duties

• Manage all wedding enquiries, appointments, and client communications professionally and efficiently
• Conduct showarounds and build strong relationships with prospective wedding clients
• Coordinate all wedding details from booking stage through to event execution
• Work closely with operational departments to ensure seamless event delivery
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards at all times
• Drive wedding sales and maximise revenue opportunities for the hotel
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate external vendors when required
• Attend wedding fairs, networking events, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility
• Handle event administration, contracts, deposits, and final details accurately
• Ensure all events are delivered in line with hotel standards and client expectations

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career
• Previous experience in weddings, events, or hotel operations is highly desirable
• Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided
