Warehouse Team Lead

Noel Group are currently recruiting for a Warehouse team lead for our Client in Naas, Kildare.

As a Team Lead, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end order fulfilment process.

Key Responsibilities.

Order Processing and Fulfilment:

• Manage order processing, including picking and packing.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and quality control.
• Prepare shipments for timely delivery.

Warehouse Operations:

• Collaborate with customer service team, warehouse staff, and logistics team.
• liaise with Goods in team to ensure stock has arrived.

Daily Operations:

• Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in fulfilment.

Inventory Management:

• Regularly check packaging stock levels and order new stock when necessary.
• Resolve any discrepancies with orders.

Safety and Guidelines:

• Enforce safety and handling guidelines.
• Interact with other departments (e.g., customer service, transportation) for seamless delivery to meet with client expectations.

Team Management:

• Train and guide fulfilment team members where necessary.
• Provide continuous coaching and support

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
• Computer knowledge with database experience especially Microsoft words & excels.
• Strong data entry and accuracy skills.
