Job Title: Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Dublin (Southside)
Salary: €35,000 (DOE, flexible)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Overtime: Occasional Saturday morning (approx. 3 hours every 7-8 weeks) paid at time and a half

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations.

The role involves physically active work in a fast-paced environment, including receiving and preparing stock, operating a forklift, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, checking against supplier documentation and purchase orders.

• Accurately record stock movements in computer systems.

• Maintain correct stock locations, quantities, and records.

• Prepare the warehouse for scheduled deliveries.

• Pick and prepare orders for customers and regional locations.

• Replenish stock levels as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).

• Manual Handling Certificate (essential).

• Proven warehouse experience, ideally in goods-in or stock control.

• Strong data entry and computer skills for stock management systems.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
