Warehouse Operative – Full-Time Opportunities | Naas, Co. Kildare

Noel Group is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a leading distribution and warehouse operation based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing orders for store deliveries using voice-picking technology
• Wrapping, labelling, and preparing pallets for dispatch
• Safely loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Working in both ambient and chilled warehouse environments
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Achieving daily productivity and quality targets
• Working as part of a supportive team within a busy warehouse operation

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ warehouse experience, including voice picking
• Manual Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working within a busy warehouse environment and meeting performance targets
• Availability to work weekends as part of a rostered schedule
• A full valid driving licence is essential
• Good English communication skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach

Available Shifts

• Morning Shift
• Evening Shift
• Night Shift

Pay Rate

€15.40 – €22.00 per hour (depending on shift worked and applicable premiums)
