Warehouse operative

Job description

Noel Group are looking for an experienced warehouse operative for a day shift in Blarney, Cork.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Conducting stock checks and inventory control
• Maintaining accurate records using warehouse management systems
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting damages, shortages, or quality issues

Requirements

• Good understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic IT skills for stock systems

Shift :

• Day shift 11am to 8pm
