Job Title: Warehouse Operative – Reach Truck / Counterbalance Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The role requires someone highly skilled in handling heavy and fragile products to ensure stock is moved safely and without damage.

The warehouse is primarily indoor.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, standard hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• 5-day week, occasional seasonal peaks may offer overtime

• Bank holidays worked: 1:00pm – 5:30pm, with day off in lieu provided

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.

• Handle heavy and fragile products with care to prevent damage.

• Support collection point operations and align stock for deliveries.

• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse in line with Health & Safety standards.

• Work closely with the warehouse team and report any issues promptly.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience operating reach truck and counterbalance forklifts.

• Experience handling heavy and fragile materials.

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail to avoid damage to stock.

Package & Benefits

• Salary: €37,000 per annum
