We’re on the lookout for an experienced warehouse and Logistics Recruitment Consultant to join our growing and evolving Warehouse and Logistics Division in both Dublin and Cork. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key warehouse and Logistics clients.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and hiring best practices.
  • Talent Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:

    • Source top-tier candidates for various Warehouse and Logitics roles
    • Use a range of sourcing channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing needs.
    • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to address client needs and market demands.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

    • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish.
    • Ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
  • Industry Expertise & Market Insights:

    • Stay up-to-date on manufacturing industry trends, skills gaps, and market competition.
    • Provide clients with valuable advice on workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent retention.
  • Candidate & Client Communication:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide feedback to candidates and assist in offer negotiations to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities within the sector in order for growth
    • Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts to ensure long-term business success.

Requirments:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in Agency recruitment,
  • Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Experience managing full recruitment cycles from sourcing to placement.
  • Ability to set goals, track performance, and contribute to team development.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to identify business development opportunities and expand client portfolios.
  • Experience managing key accounts, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
