Noel Group are looking for a full time warehouse admnistrator for work in Naas, Kildare.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update warehouse inventory records and databases.
- Process goods received, dispatched, and transferred within warehouse management systems.
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and stock movements.
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is accurate and filed appropriately.
- Support compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and other departments.
- Assist with scheduling deliveries and managing logistics activities.
- Handle customer and supplier inquiries related to warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Able to work 5 days any day of the week, Monday – Sunday.
- Start work as per rota any time from 12pm onwards (Could be asked to start anytime from 12pm – 6pm finishing between 8pm – 2pm, depending on the shift requirement).
- Experience with computers and good level of ability on the Microsoft excel programme.
- Very proficient in speaking and writing English.
- Experience on SAP would be an advantage.
