We’re seeking a dependable Office Administrator to join our team in Portlaoise on a short-term, full-time basis. This role is vital in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

As an Office Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the office, managing a variety of administrative duties that keep our business running efficiently. You’ll work closely with different teams, handle multiple priorities, and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and general correspondence

  • Data entry and document management

  • Over the phone sales and returns

  • Supporting day-to-day office operations

  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently in a busy environment

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative
