We are currently recruiting experienced Events Waiting Staff to work at a high‑end, premium event in Waterford. This is a temporary opportunity suited to professional hospitality staff who take pride in delivering exceptional service at top‑tier events.

Previous waiting staff experience at events or formal service is essential.

About the Role

As part of the service team, you will be working in a premium event environment, delivering a high standard of front‑of‑house service. Responsibilities include:

• Providing professional and attentive table service
• Serving food and beverages to a high standard
• Supporting plated service, fine dining, or drinks reception
• Ensuring tables and service areas are well-presented at all times
• Working closely with the events and catering team
• Delivering a seamless and polished guest experience

Essential Requirements

The following are required:

• Previous experience as Waiting Staff in events, hotels, or fine dining
• Strong understanding of professional service standards
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a high-end, busy event environment
