Tralee Food Services Assistant – Flexible Shifts (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable Food Services Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexible shifts, with the option to work 2-3 full days Monday to Friday, or take on full-week shifts if preferred.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 3 months’ experience working in food service, catering, or a similar role
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Availability to work Monday to Friday (with flexibility on number of days)
A friendly, professional, and reliable team player
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with food preparation and service
Supporting catering operations and special functions when required
Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across service areas
Providing excellent customer service to staff and guests
Working as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
