We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Temporary Receptionist to join our clients team on a short-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, reliable, and enjoys being the first point of contact in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing appointments and meeting room bookings
- Handling emails and basic administrative tasks
- Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Supporting the wider team with general office duties
- Managing files and stock inventory
Requirements:
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using phones, email, and basic computer systems
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
