Noel Group is on the lookout for a successful store manager. Our client, a highly successful retailer with multiple stores, is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for their location in Mount Oval. They are known for their exceptional culture, recognized with multiple retail awards, and are looking for a team player who can bring innovation and leadership to the role.

As the Store Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations, driving sales and maintaining the highest standards across all departments. Your ability to introduce fresh ideas to increase revenue streams and manage a team will be key to your success. You’ll also ensure that KPIs and targets are met while fostering an environment of growth and development for your staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth performance.
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by senior management.
• Collaborate with department managers to uphold store standards and boost sales.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff, helping them reach their full potential.
• Implement innovative approaches to increase sales and manage in-store costs.
• Manage merchandising, promotional changes, and stock control.
• Supervise cash management procedures and ensure accuracy.
• Set a strong example as a leader, upholding the company’s brand values.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Retail Management, ideally in FMCG or Hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to oversee a team of 10+ staff.
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment with passion for customer service.
• Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
