The Noel Group are looking for a proactive and experienced Hotel Spa Manager to oversee and manage our spa facilities.
The ideal Spa Manager will have a strong background in spa management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel spa, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
• Ensure that the spa maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer service
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clientele
• Train and mentor spa staff to deliver exceptional treatments and uphold the highest level of professionalism
• Collaborate with hotel management to coordinate spa services with other hotel amenities and events
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, and make strategic recommendations to drive revenue and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience as spa manager, with a strong understanding of holistic wellness practices and trends
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team
• Strong business acumen and the ability to drive revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, with a focus on safety and sanitation protocols
• Living in Ireland and having the right to work in ROI

Day-to-Day

• Managing spa staff and addressing any operational issues
• Conducting regular inspections of the spa facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Meeting with vendors and suppliers to source quality products for spa treatments
• Collaborating with the hotel’s marketing team to promote spa services through various channels
• Reviewing financial reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
