The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Sous Chef in East Cork.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to join a high-quality hospitality venue, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences. The role involves managing kitchen operations, leading the team, and ensuring consistent quality across all dishes.

The Duties

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook dishes to consistent, high-quality standards
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain service excellence
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
• Support menu development and seasonal menu planning
• Ensure smooth operation during service periods and special events
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and professional kitchen environment

The Must Requirements to be Considered

• Must have experience in hospitality
• Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career
• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and manage high-volume operations
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and relocation packages are not provided
