Sous Chef – East Cork
€45,000 per annum | Accommodation Provided
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Sous Chef in East Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to join a high-quality hospitality venue, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food experiences. The role involves managing kitchen operations, leading the team, and ensuring consistent quality across all dishes.
The Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes to consistent, high-quality standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain service excellence
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
- Support menu development and seasonal menu planning
- Ensure smooth operation during service periods and special events
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and professional kitchen environment
The Must Requirements to be Considered
- Must have experience in hospitality
- Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career
- Proven ability to lead a kitchen team and manage high-volume operations
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided
