The Noel Group is recruiting for a Hotel Sous Chef for our Client based in Galway

We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking according to the chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an essential factor in a client’s contentment. The ultimate goal is to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure long-term success.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience of at least 2 years as Sous Chef
  • An ability to take and follow directions well
  • To be tidy and efficient, and organised in all prep work
  • To take ownership and pride in their work
  • Is hands-on with a team working attitude
  • Great eye for food presentation
  • HACCP/ Food Safety Management qualification
  • Excellent people and training skills
  • Live in Ireland and have the right to work full time in the Republic of Ireland.

Salary: €35,000 per year (Negotiable)
