Position: Restaurant Sous Chef
Salary: €48,000 per annum

* Collaborate with the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
* Oversee and motivate kitchen personnel to consistently produce high-calibre meals
* Guarantee all dishes meet the highest standards of preparation and presentation
* Oversee inventory management, procurement, and minimise food waste
* Uphold rigorous food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and HACCP compliance
* Participate in menu creation with emphasis on steak and seafood specialisation
* Mentor and develop junior kitchen members
* Orchestrate efficient service execution during peak hours and optimise kitchen workflow
The Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience in the Hospitality sector required
* Proven track record as a Sous Chef or prepared to advance into this position
* Demonstrated expertise in high-capacity, quality-focused kitchens (steak and seafood background preferred)
* Superior interpersonal and management abilities
* Comprehensive understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen administration
* Based in Ireland with authorisation to work in the Republic of Ireland
