Role: Sous Chef
Location: Dublin 4
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Sous Chef in Dublin 4.

This role will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the kitchen team while maintaining excellent food safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Hospitality
• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career
• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
• Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
• Assist with menu planning and development

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for high-quality food and guest satisfaction
• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
