Role: Sous Chef
Location: Cork
Salary: €45,000
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Sous Chef in Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented culinary professional to join a busy and well-established hospitality operation. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service while motivating the kitchen team.
The Role:

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of kitchen operations.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.

Assist with menu planning, stock control, and food cost management.

Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service.
The Duties:
-
Supervise kitchen staff and delegate daily tasks efficiently.

Monitor food preparation, portion control, and quality standards.

Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations are maintained.

Support training and development of junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
-
Must have experience in Hospitality.
-
Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career.

Strong leadership and organisational skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Passion for quality food and excellent service standards.
-
Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI.
