Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Gort, Co. Galway
Salary: Up to €45,000 per annum (DOE)
The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Sous Chef in Gort, Co. Galway.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up in their career, joining a professional and well-established kitchen team.
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service. You will play a key leadership role within the brigade, motivating and developing junior chefs while contributing to menu development and operational efficiency.
Key Duties

Support the Head Chef in the overall running of the kitchen operation.

Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.

Assist with menu planning, costing, and stock control.

Maintain HACCP and food safety standards at all times.

Ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Must Requirements to Be Considered

Must have experience in hospitality.

Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career.

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
