The Duties:
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Assisting in menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high-quality culinary standards.

Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure efficiency, skill development, and teamwork.

Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, and controlling kitchen costs.

Contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and guest satisfaction.
The Must-Have Requirements to Be Considered:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry.

Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role, or ready to take the next step in your culinary career.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.
