Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef to produce exciting and authentic food using only the finest seasonal and traceable ingredients to present menus that are perfectly executed and served by our dedicated kitchen team.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation
  • Assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen.
  • Work well within a team
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Follow all set up and close down procedures
  • Control cost and minimise waste
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
The ideal candidate must have:
  • Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role in busy kitchen environment
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Approachable with excellent people skills
  • High level of initiative
  • Ability to multitask
  • A desire to progress as a Chef
