We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their faced-paced team in Limerick. Immediate start is available for the candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Assist the Chef in culinary & overseeing kitchen activities

Prevent cross contamination while preparing food
-
Follow dish specifications & utilise portions control
-
Prepare, cook and present food for all necessary areas
-
Ensure stock and food rotation
-
Assist with preparation for stocktaking & assist with stocktaking
-
Adhere to the HACCP procedures
-
Place orders for food, beverages and other wares as required
-
Ensure that SOPs for all dishes, working areas and equipment are implemented and followed
-
Check and ensure all goods are delivered upon delivery, in line with the order book and delivery note

Stock rotation and wastage procedures to be carried out

Assist in training & development of staff
