Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu offerings.

- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
