Role: Social Care Practitioner
Location: Co. Clare
Salary: Up to €55,000

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the healthcare sector to search for a Social Care Practitioner in Co. Clare.

This role is responsible for supporting the social care needs of residents within a residential setting, ensuring their wellbeing, safety, and development. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to deliver high-quality care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for residents.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Support residents with social, emotional, and practical needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline.

• Experience working in a residential or social care environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full right to work in Ireland.

• Must have experience in Hospitality

• Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in the career

• Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI

• Visa and Relocation packages are not provided.

The Salary & Benefit:

• Salary per annum: Negotiable (up to €55,000)
• Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 5:30pm
• Reporting directly to the Centre Manager
