Skilled General operative

Job description

Noel group are currenly looking for skilled operative with a background in shuttering, carpentry, steel fixing, and concrete works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out shuttering and formwork for concrete structures.
• Perform general and structural carpentry duties as required on-site.
• Install and tie reinforcement steel (rebar) in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shuttering, carpentry, steel fixing, and concrete works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Valid Safe Pass advantageous.
• Manual handling certification.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift :

• Morning shift 6am to 3pm
