Our client is a leading Irish property developer with a reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hotel, and luxury mansion restoration projects. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager with strong expertise in basement fit-outs and civil engineering works. The role involves overseeing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, with a focus on basement fit-outs and civil works.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams efficiently.
• Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Mentor and develop site teams to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects with basement fit-outs and civil works.
• Experience delivering projects in Ireland.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in residential, commercial, hotel, and mansion restoration projects is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Full legal working rights in Ireland.
• Relevant construction/management qualifications preferred but not essential.
