The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality and luxury interiors industry to recruit an experienced Showroom Sales Executive to join their team in Midleton. This is a unique opportunity to work with a high-end, design-focused brand that values excellence in customer service and product expertise.
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering a premium customer experience. You will engage with high-value clients, interior designers, and architects, offering expert product knowledge and guiding them through the showroom experience from consultation to sale. This role is ideal for a commercially minded individual with a flair for interiors, sales excellence, and customer engagement.
Our client is an established luxury brand specialising in high-end interior products, operating multiple showrooms across Ireland. They have built a strong reputation for design innovation, premium quality, and customer-focused service. This Midleton showroom is a flagship location and a key touchpoint for both residential and trade clients.
The Duties:

Welcome and engage clients in a professional and warm manner

Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients’ needs and offer tailored product solutions

Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the sale

Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product knowledge

Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, and commercial clients

Assist in visual merchandising and promotional displays

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Use CRM systems to log and manage leads and sales activity
The Requirements:

Proven experience in a consultative sales role, preferably within interiors, luxury retail, or hospitality

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset

A keen interest in design, interiors, and luxury goods

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work weekends as required

Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools is an advantage

Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland

The Salary & Benefits:

Annual Salary: €60,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
